Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of a CHATWUS page, a service operated by Conversion System LLC ("we"). By using a CHATWUS page you agree to them. Businesses that offer CHATWUS to their customers agree to a separate service agreement with us.

1. The service

  • A CHATWUS page lets you chat with a business and open its order tracking.
  • Replies may come from an AI assistant or from the business's team. The page says when you are talking to an assistant.
  • Orders, payments and deliveries are between you and the business, under its own terms.

2. Assistant replies

  • Replies from the assistant are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. The business is responsible for its products, prices, orders and the information it provides.
  • Do not rely on the chat for emergencies, or for medical, legal or financial advice.

3. Using the page

  • Use it lawfully. Do not harass anyone, send spam or harmful files, pretend to be someone else, or try to break or overload the service.
  • Only send photos and information you have the right to share. The business and we use them to help you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Other sites

  • Links such as Track your order go to the business's own sites, under their terms and policies.

5. Disclaimer and liability

  • The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
  • To the maximum extent the law allows, Conversion System LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and its total liability to you is limited to US$100.

6. Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are heard in the courts of San Francisco County, except where the law gives you other rights.
